Benjamin Feng is the founder and principal lawyer of Ordo Law, a boutique practice serving individuals and families across Ontario. As a licensed barrister and solicitor called to the Bar of Ontario in June 2025, he focuses on making estate and contract matters understandable and manageable, so clients can move forward with clarity instead of uncertainty.

Benjamin holds an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto. His academic training sharpened his analytical thinking and attention to detail, skills he now applies to every file. Whether he is reviewing a contract clause or structuring a will, he approaches each matter methodically—breaking complex issues into clear, practical steps and explaining each option in plain language.

Before founding Ordo Law, Benjamin gained practical experience within the Ontario justice system, including time spent with the Ministry of the Attorney General and the provincial court system. Working within these institutions gave him a grounded view of how legal processes unfold in real life, from court procedures to administrative requirements. He brings that insight to his clients, helping them understand what to expect, avoid common pitfalls, and feel prepared at every stage.

Today, Benjamin’s practice is focused on wills, estates, and contract law, including estate planning, powers of attorney, estate management, and everyday agreements and demand letters. He is committed to making legal services accessible for Ontario residents by emphasizing clear communication, transparent pricing, and a calm, step-by-step approach.

Benjamin takes time to listen carefully to each client’s goals and concerns, then builds a tailored plan designed to reduce anxiety and bring order to complex situations. His goal is to serve as a steady, reliable guide through important legal decisions—someone clients can return to as their circumstances and planning needs evolve.
